Hey Time Warner Cable,

You know what - you Suck!

How much do I pay for you every month? Oh, I remember - a shit ton.

And what do I pay for again? Oh yeah, reliable cable television and internet service.

I forget - Do I pay extra for DVR?

I do? That's what I thought.

YOU SUCK because when I upgraded to HD the DVR service you offer began to suck. Shows stall in the middle. I no longer have the ability to jump forward 15 minutes at a time and that damn loop you play on the On Demand channels is perhaps the most annoying thing I've ever heard in my life.

If I were to take the Bernard Pivot questionairre on Inside The Actors Studio and were asked "What sound or noise do you hate?" I would answer "That fucking loop Time Warner plays on their On Demand channels."

AND...

There is no pause option on the On Demand channels, so you have to mute it while you search for the show or movie you want to watch, which, by the way is usually not available.

Time Warner Cable ("the place to be") - you suck.
